Can Kangana’s magic will work for Imran Khan unlike it did for R Madhavan, Rajkumar Rao and Jimmy Shergill is a big question to answer. Kangana Ranut and Imran Khan would be seen together in the upcoming film- Katti Batti, which is a romantic comedy film. With its trailer releasing lately, Kangana unlike the previous film seen incredible in it unlike her previous two movies Queen and Tanu Weds Manu Returns. Kangana with her double delight was able to make the sequel earn triple figure collection, which is closing to 150 crores.
With her incredible performance, she was able to help the actors like R Madhavan, Jimmy Shergill and R Rajkumar to be visible over the silver screen. Imran is making his comeback after two years with Kangana. However, his previous movie – Gori Tere Pyaar Mein released two years before with Kareena Kapoor Khan failed to garner a decent collection. So, when other actors in Queen and Tanu Weds Manu Returns benefitted from the presence of Kangana, Imran can even benefit the best to him as well.
In the recently released trailer of Katti Batti, you find Kangana in a role of Payal who is an outspoken city girl and a heartbreaker, while Imran was seen with heart broken. She is then wooed by a nerdy fellow called Maddy (Imran) who soon start living-in together. However, after living for five years, Payal is sick of Maddy’s bad habits and thus part her ways. With broken heart, Maddy is seen wooing her back to her relationship. So, let’s see how Kangana reshapes the career of Imran over silver screen. The film will hit the theatres on 19th September.
