Aditya Roy Kapur had a good time with Mohit Suri doing films like Malang and Aashiqui 2. Considering the good rapport, he was also offered the third film Ek Villain 2 as both of their earlier movies did well at the box office. Maland although did not do well as expected but was applauded for the story and groovy moves of Disha and Aditya Roy Kapur. But amidst all this, we now hear the news that the actor Aditya Roy Kapur has opted out from the sequel.
The film was planned to get multiple A List actors including John Abraham but it seems that the project is on hold that somewhere has led the actor Aditya Roy Kapur say goodbye to the makers of the film. As per reports, there was some creative difference between Aditya Roy Kapur and Mohit Suri that has led to the exit of the actor. Since Aditya was involved in Malang, he wanted a similar approach in the sequel, which did not go well with Mohit leading the separation.
Sources close to the actors claimed that when Aditya offered his input, it was witnessed with a backlash with mounting pressure. Since the two had witnessed too much of difference in terms of their creative roles, they mutually decided to separate, allowing Kapur to say goodbye to the filmmaker. But all this has been carried out amicably and things were seen putting to an end with this. They still were seen having good terms with them. However, there is no official confirmation about the same as the news only appeared in Koimoi.
