Salman Khan is known for his releases in Eid. Since past few years, he has been mobilizing these festive seasons for his releases. The combination of Kabir Khan and Salman Khan has worked a lot, be it Ek Tha Tiger or Bajrangi Bhaijaan, these films have one thing in common – the release time. Once again the two have united for their next Eid release; yes we are talking about the Eid of 2017 wherein the duo have embarked with a new project, which also got the title. The film is known as Tubelight, which is a humor and drama made at the backdrop of Indian politics.
In a recent interview, the filmmaker Kabir Khan was seen sharing about the details regarding the film and claimed that the film Tubelight is all about personal issue and is seen made with the genre of politics. Kabir Khan has been known to make films based on politics and movies like Kabul Express and Phantom and even Ek Tha Tiger bear testimony to this. He later disclosed the fact about the movie that unlike Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Tubelight also happens to have an emotional climax, however, the director claims to give a very different story in it.
