Actor Shefali Jariwala’s Death Possibly Caused by Low Blood Pressure, Say Doctors

Doctors suspect that a sudden drop in blood pressure may have led to the untimely death of actress Shefali Jariwala. Authorities have ruled out any signs of foul play. A police officer stated, “We are awaiting the post-mortem report.”

Incident Details

The 42-year-old actress collapsed at her home on Friday night. Her husband, television actor Parag Tyagi, quickly transported her to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Andheri, where she was unfortunately declared dead upon arrival. Initial findings indicated that she might have experienced a cardiac arrest. Following this, her body was transferred to R N Cooper Hospital in Juhu for further investigation.

Medical Insights

According to police reports, the doctors at Cooper Hospital believe that Shefali’s death may have been caused by a sudden dip in her blood pressure levels. It was noted that the actress was fasting on the previous Sunday for a Satyanarayan pooja held at their residence. Her husband informed the police that she collapsed after consuming food prepared the day before.

Investigation Progress

Authorities have recorded statements from her husband and family members. During a search of her residence, police discovered two boxes containing anti-aging tablets, skin glow tablets, and vitamin supplements. The family mentioned that she had been taking these tablets without a doctor’s consultation but had never experienced any issues before, as noted by a police officer.

As of now, no foul play is suspected in Jariwala’s death. The police have registered a case of Accidental Death (ADR) while they await the post-mortem report.
