Ahmed Khan’s star-studded comedy entertainer Welcome to the Jungle (Welcome 3) has smashed its opening weekend, riding high on strong positive word-of-mouth. Despite a massive 34-actor ensemble cast, the film maintained solid momentum from Friday through Sunday without relying on any ticket discounts or promotional offers.

Veteran trade analyst Taran Adarsh highlighted the film’s rare box office trajectory on X (formerly Twitter), noting a massive 37.12% growth on Saturday—a major feat considering Friday was a holiday.
“That clearly indicates the entertainer has found strong appreciation among the janta janardhan… In fact, not just the mass circuits/heartland, even urban centres recorded much better occupancy than Friday. One thing is certain: #WTTJ is set to record one of the best opening weekends of 2026.” — Taran Adarsh.
