Welcome 2 Karachi – 1st Week Box Office Report
The Arshad Warsi and Jackky Bhagnani starer film called Welcome 2 Karachi had a bad start right from the first day to weekend and now to its first week. The opening weekend for the film tolled to around 5.40 cores, which slashed down the coming weekdays. Thanks to the dominance of Tanu Weds Manu Returns, which managed to get 115 crores after its second week. This simply sidelined the film making things bad to worse for Welcome 2 Karachi. Also, the dull promotion and low buzz found in the media managed to make things bad for the film.
The film was able to collect around 75 lakhs on monday, which dropped down the second day with figure reaching to 60 lakhs. Similar was the story witnessed for the upcoming two days as well, which gave a low figure at the end of the first week. As per reports, the first week box office collection for Welcome 2 Karachi tolled to around 7.5 crores. And this week, with Dil Dhadakne Do releasing starring popular actors of B Town, there is no chance for Welcome 2 Karachi to get a decent collection. This simply means, the film is at the brim of getting the tag of flop.
