Film Wakanda Forever Story

The story of Black Panther Wakanda Forever Movie starts with a scene in which King T. Chala (Chadwick Boseman) is battling between life and death. Shuri (Letitia Wright) makes every effort to save her brother, but ultimately fails, and the King dies. Wakanda is the most powerful country in the world because it has Vibranium, which all other countries want to capture from them. However, their attempts to take hold of Vibranium fail in the presence of Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett). Surprisingly, a schoolgirl named Riri (Dominic Thorne) creates a device that can locate Vibranium.

Now, the government’s search for Vibranium leads to the exploitation of the area under Namor (Tenoch Huerta). Therefore, he kills them and even wishes to kill Riri, who invented a Vibranium-locator. He also wants to deprive the whole world by causing destruction and demands Wakanda’s help for this. However, Shuri refuses, saying Wakanda won’t help him with this thing.

In this conflict, Namor kills Ramanda, leaving Shuri alone and without family. Does Namor kill Shuri as well? Or did Shuri avenge her mother’s death? Who is the black panther in the sequel? We are not going to tell you, and you will have to watch the movie to know all this.

Wakanda Forever Movie Review

The plot is interesting, but its complex portrayal of using too many side stories makes it confusing at times. However, as the scene progresses, you will be able to grasp the details. The rise of Shuri during this battle is what keeps you glued to your seats. The first half struggles to engage, but it picks up in the second half to generate interest in the storyline. The sequel to the Marvel movie “Black Panther” brings an ample amount of surprises and unexpected twists and turns as well.

However, one thing we would expect from the Marvel Cinematic Universe is action-packed drama. Unlike the first part, this sequel doesn’t provide an action-rich experience. It rather relies on entertaining you with plenty of emotional elements. The film has some not-so-impressive action sequences that would have been better. Besides this, the flawless performance of the entire cast makes it worthwhile. You will see all of them in a powerful act, making the most of their characters.

Black Panther Wakanda Forever Movie: Star Performances

The Film Wakanda Forever, which is about 2 hours and 40 minutes long, is full of characters. A character-to-viewer relationship is about to form when Ryan Coogler throws a new character at Chaucer. Angela Bassett’s impressive performance as Queen Ramonda tries to keep the film afloat, but her conflict with Letitia Wright’s vision as the rebel Princess Shuri continues. This conflict sometimes comes to the fore during funeral rituals, and sometimes it is about the strategy to be adopted in the struggle.

Danai Gurira’s character as Okaye also remains mired in the margins, and Mbaku-turned-Winston Duke’s formula for saving Black Panther in the previous film doesn’t even develop here. Tenoch Huerta Mejia’s performance as Namor makes an impact, and Riri Williams’s Dominic Thorne in her small role also raises hopes in the upcoming films.

Final Verdict of Wakanda Forever Film

Overall, the film is a little bland and doesn’t match my expectations. Being a sequel, it should be better than its previous edition and set standards high. However, it fails to do so. The film solely depends on emotions and intellect, giving less importance to action. Otherwise, it excels in the plot, screenplay, dialogues, and background music, and you should definitely give it a watch.
