Vikrant Massey, known for his role in The 12th Fail (2023), has recently been seen sporting a long beard, leading to speculation about his next project. This striking new look has piqued curiosity among fans and industry insiders alike. According to industry buzz, one of the reasons for his beard growth is an ambitious international film in which he will portray Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
A source revealed to Bollywood Hungama, “Vikrant will continue to grow his beard so that it aligns with Gurudev’s appearance by the time the film is ready to commence shooting. The makers and Vikrant have finalized the look, and they are confident it will captivate moviegoers.”In October 2024, it was reported that Vikrant is set to take on the lead role in an international thriller inspired by a significant episode from Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s life. The film will center on Gurudev’s successful intervention in Colombia’s 52-year civil war, showcasing how he resolved the conflict without violence.
This project is produced by Siddharth Anand and Mahaveer Jain. At the same time the sources indicate that the film will be made in both English and Spanish, targeting a global audience, and will be dubbed in various languages for international and Indian markets. It aims to demonstrate how ancient Indian wisdom played a crucial role in resolving one of the world’s most significant internal conflicts.
The supporting cast and crew will include acclaimed and Academy Award-winning talents from Los Angeles and Colombia.
