Kartik Aaryan to Play Both Hero and Villain in Nagzilla? A Jawan-Style Double Role!

Kartik Aaryan has emerged as one of the most celebrated young actors in Hindi cinema, with an impressive lineup of films poised to make a significant impact at the box office. Following his collaboration with director Anurag Basu, he is set to appear in two upcoming projects: Tu Meri Main Tera Main Mera Tu Meri and Nagzilla, both produced by Karan Johar. In a testament to his rising star power, producers are reportedly offering him Rs. 50 crore, solidifying his position in the industry.

It was the Btown based portal Bollywood Hungama was the first to announce the title Nagzilla, and we now have more thrilling updates about the film. Reliable sources confirm that Kartik will portray a double role in this project. “Nagzilla is a hilarious take on the human versus snake conflict, and the biggest twist lies in Kartik’s double role. Much like SRK in Jawan, the two characters will navigate the fine line between hero and villain, but with a comedic twist,” a source shared.

According to insiders, Nagzilla promises to be funnier than all the Fukrey films combined. Director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba is gearing up for what he considers the most ambitious and exciting project of his career. The film is being developed in collaboration with producer Mahaveer Jain, who has partnered with Karan Johar to elevate the film’s presentation.

The team is scheduled to begin shooting for Nagzilla in September, following the completion of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Mera Tu Meri. The film is expected to release in the second half of 2026, and anticipation is already building around this unique comedic venture featuring Kartik Aaryan.
