Vicky Kaushal, Sara Ali Khan opt for ‘saparivar divorce’ in new romantic comedy titled ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’: Watch trailer

After keeping it under wraps for a long time and teasing their fans, the makers have finally unveiled the title of Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan’s upcoming romantic-comedy film. The film starring this new jodi is titled ‘Zara Hat Ke Zara Bach Ke.

On Sunday, Vicky and Sara unveiled the first look of the movie on their respective social media handles. Vicky shared the title unveiling video on his Instagram with the caption, “Romantic?” Are you being dramatic? Kya lagta hai aapko, kaisi hone waali hai humari kahani? The trailer for #ZaraHatkeZaraBachke will be released tomorrow. “In theatres on June 2, 2023.”

This is the first time these two actors have worked together. The film’s shoot was completed earlier this year and it is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on 2 June.

Along with the film’s title, makers have also revealed the trailer of the film featuring the lead couple. The two and half minute long trailer introduces viewers to a newly married couple Kapil (Vicky Kaushal) and Saumya (Sara Ali Khan) from lower middle class family from Indore. They live in a joint family and madly in love with each other, but as time passes by they start to drift apart from each other and romance turns into constant bickering and they soon apply for divorce. Their family is against this divorce and they are trying to somehow convince them to work on their marriage. The trailer hints that we will get to see lot of quirky comedy moments in the film.

‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ is to be helmed by Laxman Utekar, who has previously directed films like Mimi (2021), Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon’s rom-com Luka Chuppi (2019).

‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ is produced by Dinesh Vijan’s producton banner Maddock Studios, and Jyoti Deshpande.
