The B Town actor Vicky Kaushal has evolved a lot from a boy to refined actors in B Town. He comes from a family which is not linked to the film industry so for him it was a tough time entering into a competitive industry and carving niche hard in the industry. With the film Masaan, he proved himself as a competent actor in Bollywood. He then gave several films that gave an edge over his skills. He was born and brought up in Punjab in a family where his a father is an action director while her brother is an assistant director.
He is not just a fine actor but at the same time remains a trained dancer. He used to participate in several events and cultural programs that made him enter into this field.
He studied engineering before entering into the acting world. He completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunications from Mumbai. After completing his graduation, he got a couple of job offers but he denied accepting it and pursued his passion in the field of acting.
Before he entered into the B Town, he was seen attending a number of workshops on acting by Kishor Namit Kapoor along with doing several theatres there. His debut in B Town came with the film Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana in the year 2012. However, he was recognized with the film Masaan that bagged him a couple of awards.
He is a diligent actor and known to work hard. For the film Gangs of Wasseypur, he worked for not less than 18 hours a day.
He is a foodie and loves to eat food like Aaloo Paratha, Chinese dishes, Pani-Puri, and Jalebi-Rabri to name a few.
