On its second day at the box office, Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Jawan’ crosses the ₹100 crore mark in India, raking in ₹53 crore.

The film, which was released on September 7, 2023, has grossed over ₹50 crore on its first Friday and over ₹100 crore on its first weekend. This makes it the highest-grossing opening weekend for any Shah Rukh Khan film. Jawan is directed by Atlee and also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, and Sanya Malhotra. On its second day, Jawan grossed ₹53 crore nett. Of this, ₹47 crore came from the Hindi-speaking market, ₹2 crore came from the Tamil market, and ₹4 crore came from the Telugu market.
