Review
The film seems fresh thanks to the good production values, which haven’t been compromised at any level. On the face of it, the movie appears good with some interesting ensemble of actors. The best part of this film is the ensemble starcast, which has brought forth some of the best talents together. We find Kareena with her intense look as well as the glamor look as well. Sonam on the other side is playing visual having loads of fun in in it, while Swara is bold as ever with her daring lines and scenes.
Lastly Shikha is completely natural whereas Rishab and Summet Vyas too deserves good score for playing their characters so well. The script has good humor balanced with other elements as well. Talking about the direction, it has been bold and beautiful as it becomes difficult to deal with the issue of wedding with some uniqueness but the director has been successful in bringing out the same. He has made the humor natural and not forced. Music, screenplay, editing and photography too have scored better on the silver screen. However, the only bad thing about the film is the too stretched off climax. The last scenes could have been easily made short but has gone long hampering the entertainment value.
Veere di Wedding The Last Word
Veere Di Wedding can be called as an unapologetic and brash when it comes to the core message of the film. It proves that the women in any comedy film can be as much funny and jovial as men, in fact with this film maybe a little more! You can catch this film for a good girl ensemble cast that comes out with good punch lines and good performances.
