The television show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is leaving no stone unturned to keep the fans and viewers hooked to the Harshad Chopra, Vyastha Rathod, and Karishma Sawant starrer serial. For the last few weeks, many twists and turns are being seen. Aarohi marries Neil. Aarohi has married Neil and since then she is creating misunderstandings among everyone in the house. We have learned about Akshara’s medical condition which includes complications related to her pregnancy. And taking advantage of this, Aarohi is blackmailing Abhimanyu.
In the most recent episodes of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Karishma Sawant, who plays Aarohi, has changed her mind. In the Birla home and the hospital, she exploited the information she had learned about Akshara’s pregnancy difficulties to blackmail Abhimanyu for the advantage of herself and Neil. Aarohi confessed to Akshara her pregnancy issues as a result of Akshara’s suspicions and her warning. Aarohi swears to stop interfering in Abhimanyu and Akshara’s lives while Akshara is devastated.

Karishma Sawant, who plays Aarohi on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, will discover that she is not actually pregnant in the forthcoming episode. And that the alert was a false one. Aarohi phones her buddy once more and inquires about the news that she is not pregnant. When her friend confirms it and explains that it was a false alarm, she is taken aback.
Harshvardhan Birla, better known as Papa Birla, will deliver the good news to the family in the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. According to the latest medical research, the difficulties in Akshara’s pregnancy can be decreased from 90% to 10%. Harsh gives the medical study papers to Abhimanyu, nicknamed Harshad Chopda, who destroys them. Abhimanyu says that he will not take any chances when it comes to Akshara.
