After much anticipation, the political drama Emergency, starring Kangana Ranaut, has finally received censor clearance and is set for a theatrical release on January 17, 2025. The film, inspired by true events, faced a lengthy battle with censorship due to its focus on the controversial and tumultuous period of the Emergency in the 1970s.Kangana took to social media to share a striking poster from the film, which features a talented cast including Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, and Milind Soman.
