Uri – The Surgical Strike starring Vicky Kaushal to release again on Silver Screen on Kargil Diwas

The film Uri: The Surgical Strike released this year was a big blockbuster of 2019 when it released on Republic Day eve. Vicky Kaushal the Raazi fame actor played a wonderful role of a fictional army officer who attacked to avenge the death of Indian Jawans in POK area. Now, we have something interesting for this film as the makers have decided to release it once again on 26th July which happens to be the big day or Kargil Diwas.

The producer of the film Ronnie Screwvala and his team have decided to release the said movie on Kargil Victory Day, which falls on this Day. As per reports, the makers intend to release in not more than 500 Screens. The film directed by Aditya Dhar claimed that he has the greatest validation for any filmmaker, which seems to have inspired the young generation of our country with the sacrifice and valor of brave soldiers.

Talking about the same, the makers claimed that it is carried out under the initiative of Devendra Fadnavis the MS Chief Minister for the audience to catch the film for free. The film Uri: The Surgical Strike happens to be the real-life attacks on Uri, Kashmir close to the line of control, which was carried out on 18th September 2016 that led the surgical strike carried out on September 29. So, if you have missed the film watching on the silver screen, thanks to the MS CM Mr. Fadnavis, you have yet another chance to catch the action drama on the big screen next year.
