Urmila Matondkar: It’s impossible to take your eyes off Govind whenever he appears onscreen
Veteran actress Urmila Matondkar believes that Govinda and her on-screen performance together are so magical that it’s impossible to take your eyes off him.
The actress, who is currently judging DID Super Moms, states: “Even today, I remember my first project with Govinda. I made up my mind to put in additional effort so that the audience would watch me at least for a second when I used to dance with him.
She further added, ” That’s because I believe when he appears on screen, it’s difficult for everyone to take their eyes off him. I gave my best till last but failed to reach his level. He is completely aware of his actions during shoots because he is not just an actor or a dancer. I would say that he is a true performer.”
In her current show, DID Super Moms, Urmila Matondkar will dance to the tunes of her popular track “Urmila Re Urmila” in the upcoming episodes. She will perform again on this song from the 2000 film ‘Kunwara’ with superstar Govinda after a long period of 22 years.

While expressing her opinion about the same, the actress said, “I have watched all the movies by Govinda and I have been one of his biggest fans.”He is someone who will grab your attention for sure. I guess if any actress dances with Govinda, then the viewers will only watch him in the song, ignoring her, no matter who she is.”
