Akshay Kumar begins shooting for the Hindi remake of Rakshasudu, tentatively titled Cinderella
Akshay Kumar is all set to star in Ranjit M Tewari directorial for the Hindi remake of Rakshasudu, tentatively titled Cinderella. The film has gone on the floor in the UK.
Akshay wrapped up Tewari’s Bellbottom last year. The film also starring Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta, and Huma Qureshi, has seen a theatrical release this month.
After, Bellbottom Akshay Kumar, producers Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani, and filmmaker Ranjit M Tewari, have joined hands once again.

Akshay Kumar, Jackky Bhagnani, Sargun Mehta, Chandrachur Singh, Ranjit M Tewari, Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh can be seen posing for the camera happily.
Meanwhile, Akshay’s Sooryavanshi is awaited release for a long time. Talking about the same Akshay told TOI, “I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again — with regards to Sooryavanshi’s release date, there are only two people who can answer your question. One is God and the other person is Rohit Shetty. Even I want to see Sooryavanshi on the big screen. As for the audience and my fans, I’m really grateful that despite such a long wait, they are asking about updates on its release. Hopefully, BellBottom will pave the way for future theatrical releases including Sooryavanshi.”
