The year 2020 has been the saddest and unfortunate year in which many things have happened. From common man to celebrities, this year has taken many lives. After the untimely demise of Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor, Sajid-Wajid composer Wajid Khan died a few recently. The reason behind his death is still uncertain, however, some media reports suggest that he died due to COVID-19 complications.
TV actors Karanvir Bohra and Ravi Dubey, who knew the musician and also shared a good bond, were quite shocked to know the news. Both actors expressed grief on social media. Karanvir could not believe the news and wrote on Instagram, “This is so sad…. I can’t believe it…. # gone too soon …. what’s going on? This is a tragedy. … .. He was the most kind and humble person. A good person has gone… ..consideration to the family…. “
Expressing sorrow, Ravi Dubey also wrote on Instagram, “Heartbroken, may your soul rest in peace, Wajid bhai.”

Comedian Sugandha Mishra is also in a state of shock after reading about the musician’s demise. She shared a picture of him, writing: “I am shocked at the sudden death of the greatest man and extraordinary music director. Our dear Wajid Sir. May God give him eternal rest and may his soul rest in peace. ” My heartfelt condolences to the family. # Rest in Peace Sir.

Wajid Khan has been a judge on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs in 2018. Wajid Khan along with his brother Sajid has composed many popular songs for Bollywood films. He is one of the favorite music directors of Salman Khan. The news of Wajid’s death was confirmed by the music director of the band Baja Baaraat Salim Merchant on Twitter.

The Sajid-Wajid duo last worked on Salman Khan’s song-bhai bhai, released on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, which was made amidst a COVID-19 inspired lock down rules.
