Last Friday it seemed a tussle between the two films releasing – Mirzya and Tutak Tutak Tutiya releasing in trio languages, however, both of the film failed to impress the audience for many reasons. Well, talking about the later, the film is a horror comedy with a simple story that failed to impress the audience and of course the critics as well. This was the reason the film had a slow start in most of the theaters, however, in the south the collection for both Tamil and Telugu was okay.
Now, if you look at the first weekend box office collection for Tutak Tutak Tutiya is concerned, it was not that impressive, it tolled to around 4.5 crores, which also went down the biggie released in the B Town called Mirzya. However, even the so called biggie in Tinsel Town failed to impress and thus ended up an average grosser media.
But if you check with the trade pundits, they are positive to see some surge in the coming two days of the holiday falling under the Dashera and the Durga Puja holidays. The holidays can at least have some benefit in the north when the holidays are big though not that much in the south. Let’s see how things but as of now, the picture for the film Tutak Tutak Tutiya isn’t rosy though.
