Shafaq and Falaq lashed out at the media for constantly demeaning their brother Sheezan via his ex-girlfriend’s death case. The two girls, who are also actors, questioned media reports for bringing religion into this sensitive matter and making it worse than ever. They also stated that the ill-treatment his brother is receiving from the media shows how some humans can defame others while also spreading hate through religious comments that impact the thoughts of a lot of people.
They asked everyone to have some common sense and understand that it breaks them when their silence is considered a weakness. In their Instagram post, they questioned the research work of media agencies that made false claims without establishing the credibility of the news.
