Rishi Kapoor’s funeral To take place at Mumbai’s Chandanwadi Crematorium
The last day of this month came with bad news as it confirmed the death of veteran actor Rishi Kapoor sharp at 8.45 am. He has been suffering from leukemia for the past two years. He was also admitted at the New York hospital and got the treatment for not less than a year. After that he returned last September. Now, as he was seen leaving this world today, his body has been in the hospital and he will be cremated instead of taking it to his home.
As per reports, the late actor’s daughter Ridhhima is in Delhi and she has obtained a road pass to reach Mumbai to attend the funeral of her late father. With the current lockdown, she has no option but to take up the roadway to reach Mumbai. As per reports, the family has informed about the death of the late actor and also informed saying that his last words was that we will win the war against the COVID 19 as a nation by staying united.Â
On the other side, he also thanked his fans and friends who have always been there for him amidst tears and smiles. He also said to his family that he would like to be remembered in this world with a smiling face and not with his tears. As his family joins for the funeral, it is likely to take place at Chandanwadi Crematorium at Mumbai. The reports also suggest that the family has requested people to stay calm at the time of restriction.
