Rhea Chakraborty and Sara Ali Khan remember Sushant Singh Rajput on his death anniversary, Pens emotional notes
Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14, 2020. On the second anniversary of his death, his fans and close friends remembered him on social media. Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant’s ex-girlfriend, also recalled their happy memories and shared a slew of photos with him.
Sharing them, she wrote, “Miss you every day.” Rhea is seen pouting in the first photo, while Sushant is looking away from the camera. Rhea smiles as she looks at Sushant in the next one. In one photo, she is seen kissing Sushant on the cheek, while in another, he is seen holding her in his arms.

One person commented, “We miss him so much,” another one said, “Still can’t believe it.” While one person wrote, “Be strong,” many users dropped their hearts and cried emojis.
Sushant was dating Rhea at the time he was discovered dead in his Mumbai apartment. Sushant’s father, KK Singh, filed an FIR against Rhea, accusing him of aiding suicide and money laundering. The case was turned over to the Central Bureau of Investigation, with the Enforcement Directorate and Narcotics Control Bureau looking into allegations of money laundering and drug trafficking, respectively.
Rhea and her younger brother Showik Chakraborty were jailed by NCB in September 2020. Rhea was sent to Mumbai’s Byculla Jail for a month, while Showik was released after three months. A Mumbai court ordered the return of Rhea’s laptop, mobile phone, and other items seized during the investigation last year.
Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan shared an emotional note for SSR on his death anniversary. Sara took to Instagram to share a throwback photo with Sushant Singh Rajput, which was apparently taken during the filming of Kedarnath. Sara made her big Bollywood debut in Abhishek Kapoor’s 2018 release Kedarnath. The actress thanked the late actor in the caption for all the wonderful memories they shared while working together. She wrote, “From facing the camera for the first time to seeing Jupiter and the Moon through your telescope- so many firsts have happened because of you. Thank you for giving me all those moments and memories. Today on Full Moon night when I look up at the sky I know you’ll be up there amongst your favourite stars and constellations, shining bright. Now and forever”.
