The Timepass 2 movie released two weeks before did’nt witness the same kind of buzz, which its earlier part has received over the box office. The movie completes the love story of Dagadu and Prajakta starring Vaibhav performed by Priyadarshan Jadhav and Priya Pathak respectively. Though the sequel isn’t that par with the earlier part yet it managed to secure a good amount of collection at the end of the first and second week. After getting mixed reviews, the Timpass 2 is able to garner good amount of collection at the end of the week.
The movie also witnessed a competition from Bollywood movies as well, which include Gabbar Is Back and then the other release like Piku, which hampered the collection of the film. Yet it managed to secure a decent collection at the end of its first week. Thanks to the Marathi Cinema audience, who preferred watching Timepass 2 over the other B Town movies releasing all the way. As per reports, the Timepass 2 second week box office collection tolled to around 40 crores, which is actually a decent figure. The experts are expecting the movie to witness a decent collection in the coming week as well.
