The Pathaan actor who shares an amazing bond with Amitabh Bachchan once mocked him.

The height difference between Big B and his wife Jaya Bachchan has always sparked plenty of memes. The scene in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham where the wife climbs on a stool to help Amitabh with his tie comes to mind frequently. SRK, on the other hand, is blessed with a wife who is about the same height as him.

Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan first appeared on the sofa of Koffee With Karan in 2005. “One thing about yourself that Shah Rukh doesn’t have?” KJo asked Big B during the rapid-fire round. “My height,” the megastar said immediately.

When Shah Rukh Khan’s turn came and he was asked the same question, he said, “A taller wife.” For those who don’t know, Jaya Bachchan stands around 5’2″ tall, while Gauri Khan stands around 5’3″. That was an incredibly clever response to come up from Shah Rukh.

Meanwhile on the professional front, the Amitabh Bachchan starrer Jhund hit the theatre screens and today getting a very good response from the audience.

While King Khan revealed the release date for his comeback action film Pathan. Deepika Padukone and John Abraham feature in the important roles, and the film is set to release in January 2023.
