The buzz for the Farhan Akhtar starring film Rock On 2 is being realised in the media. The film has Shraddha Kapoor. Well Farhan Akhtar and Shraddha Kapoor are coming together opposite the first time so many people were seen wondering if Rock On 2 was a love story between the two. But the fact is, it is just the opposite. As per the sources, we have some gist of the story, which claims that the film is not a love story between the lead stars. In fact, you will find her as the new member in their band called magic with the demise of one of the members in the band.
This simply means that Prachi Desai would be seen again in the film playing the character of Farhan the lady who brought back the band together and old friends as well in the prequel. However, the source claims that the character of Shraddha seems more promising and pivotal than Prachi Desai. The movie would revolve around the life surrounding the band and have feature a couple of other members who have joined the band. As per reports, the film is slated to go on floor this September and will be made in places like Shillong and Mumbai, while the filmmakers are planning to release the sequel next August.
