Tara Alisha Berry is not a very popular name in B Town, as she happens to be an actress of South Indian films. She was born in Mumbai, while was brought up in different places. Her schooling was completed from Bangalore. Since from her childhood, she was inclined to films and acting profession, which helped her move to the United States. There she studied film production and screenwriting from the prestigious university called Chapman University in Orange Country in California. After completing her program in filmmaking and script writing, she headed back to India to try her luck in Bollywood.

With a struggle, she managed to bag a role in a south Indian movie. Hence her first movie was a Telugu film called 100% Love (2011 film) wherein she played the character called Swapna. This was her cameo role, which was recognised after the film release giving her the next venture. The very same year in 2011, she got another Telugu movie called Money, Money, More Money wherein she played the character called Meghana. Both the movies were directed by Sukumar, who gave the other considering a cool performance in the cameo role.

Now talking about Tara Alisha Berry debut in Bollywood, she was offered a film called Mastram wherein she did a role called Renu. The movie was critically acclaimed and the actors in different roles were appreciated the best. Her next venture was called as The Perfect Girl, which is the venture of Prakash Nambiar. The film is under post production phase and would be hitting any moment this year. Her upcoming movie is called as Gun Pe Done, which she is currently doing in opposite Jimmy Shergill. The other actors in the film include Jimmy Shergill, Vijay Raaz, Sanjay Mishra, Vrajesh Hirjee,Anant Jog, Deepraj Rana, Pankaj Jha and Bidita Bag. The movie is an action comedy, which is supposed to hit may this year or coming next year.
