Against actor Nana Patekar, Tanushree Dutta made #MeToo accusations in 2018. Later on in the proceedings, the actress entered a plea contesting the relief given to the Welcome actor. The Mumbai court, however, denied Dutta’s request, and the actress has expressed her feelings about it on social media. She even disclosed the threats she has been receiving.
“The court has cancelled the B-summary report filed by the Mumbai Police on the Horn Ok Pleassss sexual harassment complaint against Nana Patekar and others,” Tanushree Dutta posted on her Instagram story. Without speaking to any of my witnesses, the police attempted to seal the investigation in 2019 by citing a spiteful and fake B-summary report. At the same time, Nana’s henchmen and underworld liasons were threatening all of my witnesses.”
Her statement goes on to say, “Recently, one of our key witnesses directly testified against Patekar in court, supporting my whole accusation and the fact that she was coerced into quiet by unidentified guys who threatened her over the phone. After considering this witness testimony through a filed affidavit, the court determined that the police B summary report could not be accepted. Since we won this case, the Mumbai Police will now need to submit a charge sheet.

Tanushree Dutta went on to write, “My legal team and I have won the lawsuit, and any media outlet that publishes an entirely untrue narrative will be forced to respond to the court and will automatically be included in the harassment case. The police’s B-summary report on the 2008 harassment incident on the Horn Ok Please movie set was rejected, canceled, or refused to be taken into consideration by the court. By submitting a B summary, Nana Patekar attempted to end the matter on his own, but the court rejected it. As a result, the police will need to submit a chargesheet against Nana, and the matter remains open. I’m winning this season, so stop spreading false information. Police have no choice but to file a chargesheet against Nana Patekar and others shortly.
