GodFather starring Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan is ruling over the box office, and the south star is delighted with this amazing result. The actor has now congratulated Salman Khan, asserting that his character of Vettavaliyan Masood Bhai has played a significant role in the film’s spectacular success.
He also added that he genuinely feels humble, and thanked his admirers for showering so much love on the film. Salman was seen in an extended cameo appearance in the film.
Taking to his Instagram, Chiranjeevi dropped a video yesterday which included a heartfelt thanks to Salman Khan. He said, “ThankU My Dear Sallu Bhai & Congratulations to you as well as Masood Bhai is the driving force behind the stupendous success of GodFather. Thank you and I Love You So Much (blows a kiss). Vande Mataram!”
In the caption, he wrote, “Thank You Sallu Bhai @beingsalmankhan @alwaysramcharan #godfather”
As soon as the video was posted, fans were quick to respond. One fan asked the duo to come up with another movie, while the other congratulated the star saying you deserve it.

The actor shared and appreciated his fans and the audience in another clip posted by a fan account on Twitter. In the clip, he said, “Hello Friends, Namaste! TYSM for all the love you guys are showering on our movie, GodFather. I feel truly humbled as we have crossed Rs. 69 crores of revenue in just 2 days. I have been informed that 600 more screens are added to the Hindi circuit today. You all have made it a pan-India movie. This latest Telugu movie which features Chiranjeevi as the lead is an adaption of the well-known Malayalam movie, Lucifer. The original film starred prominent star casts like Mohanlal, Vivek Oberoi, and Manju Warrior.
To let you know, GodFather has grossed Rs. 38 crores globally on its opening day, and Rs. 31 crores on Day 2. The film is sure to cross Rs. 100 crore mark on the weekend.
