Vaishali Takkar suicide case: Vikas Sethi’s wife Jhanvi said that the actress was in trouble due to her ex-boyfriend
Popular TV actress Vaishali Takkar has committed suicide in her hometown Indore. Her family, friends, and fans all are very sad and astounded by this heartbreaking news. The actress reportedly took this drastic step because she was being harassed by her ex-boyfriend. Vaishali was found at her residence on Sunday. The police had found a suicide note in her room.
Currently, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Moti ur Rehman told ANI, “Rahul was Vaishali’s neighbor and the suicide note indicates that he used to harass Vaishali, because of which she took such an extreme step. She was about to get married to another man and Rahul troubled her for that. The police are currently investigating the case.” ACP Rehman also said that Rahul is not at his residence at present and has escaped by locking the house.
In an interview with Etimes on Sunday evening, Vikas Sethi and his wife Jhanvi shared their conversation with Vaishali. They also said that Vaishali had promised them, she would meet both of them soon, as she had planned to come to Mumbai for her wedding shopping.
Let us tell you that Vaishali was about to tie the knot with Mitesh, a software engineer from California.
Jhanvi and Vaishali are known each other for almost a decade, after moving to Mumbai to pursue a career in acting, the actress stayed with Jhanvi at her residence for a few years. Jhanvi said that her relationship with Vaishali was like sisters, they both used to share everything with each other.
Even, Vaishali played a key role in introducing Jhanvi to Vikas, her co-starring in Sasural Simar Ka. In fact, Vaishali Takkar planned everything and took care of all the arrangements at the time of their marriage.
Jhanvi talks about the actress leaving a suicide note, “I guess she was troubled because of her ex. She had spoken to me about it, and I told her that we would deal with it and sort it out. However, she told me not to worry and that she would handle the situation. I am at a loss for words. She was a loving girl and a beautiful soul.”
