Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas name their baby girl Malti Marie Chopra Jonas
Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas had previously announced that they welcomed their first child via surrogacy. Though the pair did not divulge the gender of the baby, it was later confirmed that Priyanka and Nick had given birth to a girl. According to reports, the new parents in Hollywood have given their daughter a name. Priyanka and Nick have named their baby girl Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, according to TMZ. According to reports, TMZ received a copy of the newborn girl’s birth certificate, which shows that Malti was born shortly after 8 p.m. on January 15 in San Diego, California. Priyanka and Nick have not revealed the name of their baby. And fans are quite delighted because this name has a lot of meaning.
Priyanka Chopra and Nick have chosen a Hindu name, Malti, and an English middle name, Marie, to reflect their respective cultures. ‘Malti’ is a Sanskrit term that signifies little fragrant flower, moonlight in English. ‘Marie,’ on the other hand, is a French phrase that means ‘sea star.’
Priyanka and Nick had officially confirmed the arrival of their baby girl and had wrote, “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate.” The couple has yet to release photos of their kid. It has therefore piqued the interest of fans who are eager to see the child.
