This year, Jethalal alias Dilip Joshi from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah celebrated Diwali in style. The actor and his family recently purchased a fresh new Kia Sonet. Photos of the actor and his family posing in front of his new car have recently gone viral.
The actor has a subcompact SUV that costs Rs. 12.29 lakh. He chose to take the car on the auspicious holiday of Diwali, and his family appears to be very pleased with his decision.
Dilip Joshi, who plays Jethalal in the comic sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, prefers to keep things low-key in both his personal and professional lives. This is why the actor has not announced the purchase of a new car on his social media accounts.
In relation to the show, Dilip Joshi expresses his delight at the opportunity to play his part and tells Etimes that he has gotten numerous other proposals from other web-based productions. The actor has stated that he wants to continue in the sitcom for the time being and then look into working in digital afterwards.
He said, “I do get offers for web shows and there are many opportunities, but as of now, I am happy playing Jethalal. I can always consider things in the future if I want.”
Meanwhile, word on the street is that the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah production is looking for a new actor to play Nattu Kaka. Despite the fact that the story has not been confirmed, some fan groups claim to have spotted a new Nattu Kaka on set. A snapshot of the new Nattu Kaka was also shared on social media by the fan group.
On the photo, we can see the new Nattu Kaka seated in the same chair as Ghanshyam Nayak in the Gada Electronics shop. This new actor is not confirmed to be the new Nattu Kaka, but it is expected to be revealed in upcoming episodes of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.
