We heard about the buzz that Alia Bhatt is expected to be the part of the star cast in the film of Rohit Shetty upcoming fourth installment of his Golmaal franchise but if you check the latest reports, the actress has denied about joining the film Golmaal 4.
Alia Bhatt who was the first choice of the director for the role of Kareena Kapoor has opted out from the film. The rumor mills allege that it was Karan Johar and Ajay Devgn hostility, which made Alia to change her mind and soon she revealed the fact that she might not be available for the film due to the dates issue.
She said since she is tied up with the shooting of the film Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya and has another big film lined up with Shah Rukh Khan of Gauri Shinde, hence seems to be short of the dates. The hostility between the two filmmakers is basically due to the clash of their films Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, which are releasing on the same date during Diwali.
Karan Johar was support to make a film under the banner of Rohit Shetty banner, however, with the ongoing rift between KJo and AD, things are not likely to work between the two filmmakers. So, now the buzz for Golmaal 4 is that Kareena’s role could go to Shraddha Kapoor though there is no official announcement about the same.
