Ban On Maggi : Amitabh, Madhuri and Preity in Legal Tangle By Bihar Court

Amitabh-Madhuri & Preity in Legal tangle due to maggi

A bench from Bihar court on Tuesday was seen placing an FIR order against Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit and Preity Zinta who are the known brand ambassadors of Nestle India, which was done after a lawyer of the same court alleged that after eating Maggi he fell ill. It seems that the bad time for the Netle brand doesn’t seems to an end. The court has therefore given an order against the said actors and even asked them to arrest if required.

The order was given by the chief judicial magistrate Ramchandra Prasad who has asked the SHO of Kazi Mohammadpur Police Station against the Nestle India MD – Mr. Mohan Gupta along with its joint director – Sabab Alam. As per the complainant, Mr. Sudheer Kumar Ojha, he after eating Maggi was seen buying the same in Lenin Chowk in Muzaffarpur on May 30, which made him ill. He then went to consult a doctor who then cited out Maggi as the main reason to fall sick.

The lawyer then filed the case against the film stars since they were seen using their popularity to promote these harmful products in the market. The court has then directed the police to lodge a formal FIR under several IPC sections including 420 for cheating. In this petition, the lawyer was also seen including the other sections like 270 and 273 in his complaint. The SSP of Muzaffarpur is awaiting the formal orders from the court for the further course of action.
