Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Rhea Chakraborty tells SC about her live-in relationship with Sushant
Its been more than one and half months since the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. Ever since his death has remained the core of the headlines in the media. All thanks to the twists often added in the case, it has remained live for long. The recent FIR by Sushant’s father has added fresh twist in the case as he has alleged that actress Rhea Chrakaborty has instigated his late son to commit suicide. Ever since this news came, we heard that Bihar Police have sent four officers to investigate the fresh charges.
Then we had reports that Sushant’s alleged girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her family had exploited and harassed the late actor. This led Rhea to act fast as she consulted her lawyer and finally filed a petition in the Supreme Court saying that KK Singh is trying to influence the investigation by filing the fresh FIR in Patna. She requested the court to transfer the case to Mumbai and claimed that she has been falsely implicated in it. In her petition, she informed the court that she was in a live-in relationship with the late actor till 8th June.
However, she claimed that her shifting was temporary as she was planning to return to Sushant’s home soon. She also informed the court that she has been passing through the trauma ever since the news of the actor came to her. She said she is even getting death and rape threats continuously. She informed the court that she has raised a complaint on social media. She further said that the actor was in depression which led to his death.
Rhea was earlier called by the Mumbai Police and recorded the statement with her father under the section of 175. She was interrogated for nine hours by the Mumbai Police. She said some of the forensic reports are still awaited and she claimed that these are to be inquired and tried by the local magistrate only hence the FIR in Patna should be transferred to Mumbai.
 She claimed that the FIR by KK Singh seems to have falsely accused the lady. KK Singh’s requested the SC for a CBI probe and informed that Sushant was a good man who has done loads of work for kids. However, the SC supremo Justice Bobde said that the case is not about how good or bad Sushant was and then dismissed the plea for the CBI probe. Well, let’s see how things would move now, but at the moment things are too messy.
