After a long time controversy between the two, Sunil Grover is back to The Kapil Sharma Show to bring lost charm to the show. But he will be seen sitting opposite to the Kapil Sharma for the promotion of Salman Khan’s next release Bharat where he is playing an essential role, according to a recent report. Sunil Grover will reportedly be joining the lead cast of the movie Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif on the comedy show.

News about his joining back into the Kapil Sharma show has been doing the rounds ever since the news of his comedy show Kanpur Wale Khuranas going off air hit the internet. However, the Star Plus show’s director Preeti Simoes ruled out the possibility and said Sunil would finish shooting for Khuranas after wrapping up Bharat. Currently, the finite comedy show is not airing, but will soon return with its remaining episodes.

Showing his interest to see Sunil Grover back on the show, Kapil Sharma in a previous interview had said he hoped to reunite with Sunil. “Leave the old things. He (Sunil Grover) is my friend but he has some film commitments. He is working in Salman Khan’s Bharat, besides Patakha is also ready. I had met him and had discussed the concept of the show with him. He told me that he has some commitments but we will have to start the show near Diwali. As soon as he (Sunil) gets free from his commitments he will join the show as it will go long. The film commitments last between 30 to 40 days. He is most welcome,” Kapil had said in an interview with a Tv Channel.

Earlier Sunil Grover too had shown his willingness to return to the show. “If God’s will is there, it will surely happen. His (Kapil Sharma) show is coming and my good wishes are with him. Kapil is a great entertainer who makes people laugh. If God wants we will surely work together someday,” he had said.
