After the debacle of Zero, we found Shah Rukh Khan becoming extra conscious. He does not want to experiment in roles which are different and away from his image. He is now focusing on other ventures that deals with producing films. His recent film Badla based on a Spanish Hit called The Invisible Guest did well at the box office. Then we heard that King Khan is entering into the digital media producing a film for the streaming platform called Netflix.
As per reports, the film will have Bobby Deol as the lead actor, while the film has also got a title. Sources close to the venture claim that the makers have embarked upon a new title called Class of 83. Don’t get confused it has nothing to do with the Kabir Khan film 83 starring Ranveer Singh. The SRK film talks about the reunion and is not based on the World Cup victory. Though it may resemble in terms of titles but are poles apart from each other.
The details are not disclosed by the makers to create the intrigue element. As per reports, SRK and Bobby Deol had shared a good rapport since past few years and this is the reason why he has been roped in for the film. With this film, Bobby Deol will be trying something new, while SRK, on the other hand, would be interested in exploring the streaming media a step ahead. People are expecting much from the film, while sources close to the web platform also feel the same. The web-based film would be released under the banner called Red Chillies Entertainment and will also have Emraan Hashmi in the lead role.
