Sooryavanshi 2nd Weekend Box Office Collection- The film is unstoppable
The cop drama starring Akshay Kumar and Karina Kaif, seen in the leading roles, seemed to be going big at the box office. Akki, seen in the role of ACP chief Sooryavanshi, has proved that the film is not going to slow down so soon. Like the previous weekend, the second one also ended on a decent note. The film bagged a double-digit collection on the second Saturday, while the movie seemed picking tremendously on 10th day and the second Sunday.
For the unversed, the latest cop drama by AKki seemed to have pulled away a good amount of 10.35 Crores this Saturday and Sunday went higher again giving the makers 15 Crores mark. The earlier trends suggested the movie had collected around 13.50-14.50 crores on Sunday but it jumped to a collection of 15 Crores. Together, we could see the 2nd weekend box office collection has reached around 152.34 crores, which is huge.Â
Remember, the biggest chunk of business has often come along from the states like Maharashtra and Gujarat. However, with 50 percent of occupancy still in progress, the collection seemed to have gone higher. With more than 150 crores collection so far, it would be interesting to see what comes ahead and the trade pundits seemed to be positive about the same.
