Sonu Nigam is known for giving some of the best voices to top actors in different Bollywood movies apart from other regional films. His melodious voice has been entertaining and putting people on high spirit in different parties since more than a decade. However, with the ban from the popular TV Channel called Zee owing to some of his personal views, has brought him into the headlines. The singer was banned by the channel for supporting the voice of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Dr. Kumar Vishwas.
In the wee hours (2.59 am), he came out to the microblogging site – Twitter to react on this ban informing the same to his fans and wishing everyone with the message God Bless Everyone. Though he didn’t elaborated what actually transpired between him and the channel, but one thing he requested to the media to keep him away from any kind of negativity. He didn’t speak much on the issue rather saying that he had similar sort of problems with another group earlier called T Series, which was sorted out amicably.
Since these groups are like his family, hence his association with Zee will also be sorted out like any other problem. Hence soon, you are likely to see things settling down between the singer and the channel. The tug of war between the two started when Sonu Nigam supported the words Atak Gaya- from Kumar Vishwas just after the suicide of Gajendra Singh. However, it was later proved that Vishwas didn’t utter such words may be people close to him could have said. When Sonu supported Vishwas, the channel was the first one to react by putting a ban on him and even stopping him to record any songs for the channel.
