It was a busy day with two films releasing, one certainly include Arjun Patiala and the other the controversial film Judgemental Hai Kya. Let’s talk about the former, it has Diljit Dosanjh, Kriti Sanon and Varun Sharma in the lead role and happens to be a spooky comedy. The film had a mixed review that somewhere did not help to create a good word of mouth buzz in the media. Yet for the people who like comedy, this could be a decent watch. Now, talking about the way the film performed was similar to the way the experts have predicted the movie.
As per reports, the occupancy report of Arjun Patiala rose to 20 to 30 percent in the morning and the afternoon shows. However, in the evening, there seemed a decent amount of inflation. The film had an occupancy of 60 to 70 percent. As per reports, the 1st-day box office collection for Arjun Patiala went to score around 3.5 Crores. The experts feel that it is an out of box entertainer and is likely to create a decent buzz in a day or two.
Thus it is likely to get a decent 1st-weekend box office collection. If you go by the experts, the film would collect around 15 to 18 Crores on the 1st weekend. While the first weekdays collection would be lower with an average of 2 – 3 crores per day. All thanks to the competition posed by the Kangana Ranaut film Judgemental Hai Kya.
