Shehnaaz Gill breaks down while promoting Honsla Rakh; watch the heartbreaking video here!
Shehnaaz Gill, who recently acted alongside Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa in the Punjabi film Honsla Rakh, took part in the film’s promotion alongside her co-stars. On October 15, the film was released. Shehnaaz made her first public appearance since the death of her close friend Sidharth Shukla on September 2.
Shehnaaz and Sidharth were housemates in the 13th season of Bigg Boss and grew close. Shehnaaz had already proclaimed her affection for Sidharth. Shehnaaz was spotted dealing with the media for the first time since Sidharth’s death, promoting her upcoming film Honsla Rakh.
Although Shehnaaz remained composed during her press appearances for Honsla Rakh, there is one video clip circulating on social media that shows her falling down. However, the specific circumstances of Shehnaaz’s emotional outburst is unknown; however, it is speculated that the actress sobbed in memory of Sidharth, who died of a heart attack at the age of 40.

Shehnaaz was spotted crying bitterly and being consoled by her co-star Diljit. Diljit, on the other hand, is not visible in the footage circulating on social media; it is his hand on Shehnaaz’s shoulder. The footage, which was published on Instagram by a fan page named Memories of SidNaazz, drew a lot of attention from the internet. One user commented, “So painful to watch her in pain, feel as if it is happening to us. We wish we can help but no one can. So sad.”
Shehnaaz also released a music video to pay respect to Sidharth last month. Shehnaaz sang the song ‘Tu Yaheen Hai’ (Tribute), which highlighted some of the couple’s most memorable moments from Bigg Boss season 13.
Since its debut on October 29, the video has been viewed over 35 million times. It has almost 3.2 million likes as well.
