With three films releasing on this Independence Day, the makers of Saaho seemed to talk about pushing their film release to a new date. A few denied about this buzz in the media, while the makers said that they are thinking on the same, but as per the latest reports, the makers now have confirmed that they have a new release for their film. As per the recent post by Dheeraj Babu P the known journalist from South on Facebook, the makers have confirmed that the film will now release on 30th August.
So, it is official now that the makers have found a new date of their film release. Considering the fact that the film Saaho had to face a stiff competition from other two releases that hit the same day in the form of Mission Mangal starring Akshay Kumar along with Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, and others apart from the John Abraham cop drama film called Batla House based on the 2007 Batla House Encounter in Delhi. The day 15th August has already occupied hence the makers suspected that their film Saaho would get hampered at the box office.
Saaho has the South Indian star – Prabhas and Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor. The film is releasing in Telugu and Tamil along with Hindi for the Hindi speaking crowd. With Bollywood and South Indian stars in the star cast, the makers are eyeing for a bigger market and with releasing on a new date perhaps with a solo release, they are expected to earn big at the box office, which was however not the case with their earlier release date on 15th August.
