Kangana Ranaut says she is the highest tax paying actress, reveals she did not pay half of last year’s tax due to no work
We all know when it comes to work, Kangana Ranaut has won our hearts with her hard work and talent. The actress is one of the highest-paid celebrities in Bollywood as she calls it herself.
After the Twitter ban, the Queen actress is much active on Instagram. And through her latest Instagram story, she claimed that she is one of the Highest tax-paying actresses in the industry But now she has been unable to pay half of the tax from Last year due to no work.
Taking to Instagram stories, Kangana shared, “Even though I come under highest tax slab pay almost 45 percent of my income as tax, even though I am the highest tax-paying actress but because of no work haven’t paid half of my last year’s tax yet, first time in my life.”
She added, “I am late in paying tax but the government is charging me interest on that pending tax money, still I welcome this move.” The Panga actress ended her post by saying, “Time could be tough for us individually but together we are tougher.”
On the work front, Kangana will be seen in the mega movie Thalaivi. Thalaivi is a direction by AL Vijay. It is a biopic on the life of actress turned politician J Jayalalithaa. Apart from Kangana, the film also features, Arvind Swami, Prakash Raj and Bhagyashree in pivotal roles.
Kangana Ranaut also has some interesting projects lined up. Except that, she has Tejas, Dhakkad, and a film on Indira Gandhi in her kitty.
