D’YAVOL INCEPTION, a Scotch whisky brand co-founded by Shah Rukh Khan and Aryan Khan, has achieved remarkable recognition at the 2024 New York World Spirits Competition (NYWSC). The brand’s flagship whisky was awarded both the ‘Best Overall Scotch’ and the ‘Best of Class’ Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, highlighting its exceptional quality and craftsmanship. The NYWSC, part of The Tasting Alliance, features a panel of industry experts who evaluate spirits from established brands to emerging craft producers. “D’YAVOL INCEPTION is a multi-award-winning blend of eight rare single malts sourced from Scotland’s renowned regions, including Speyside, Highland, Lowland, and the Islands. These malts are aged for up to 12 years, with some matured in Tawny Port and rare Madeira casks, enhancing their unique flavor profile. Launched in 2023, the whisky is non-chill filtered, preserving its authentic taste and character. It features rich layers of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and oak spice, complemented by subtle notes of smoked wood, ripe plums, and spiced vanilla.
