Raj Kundra Addresses ED Raids, Slams Media for Targeting Shilpa Shetty: ‘Stop Dragging My Wife’s Name
Businessman Raj Kundra has made his first official statement following the recent Enforcement Directorate (ED) raids on his properties, which are part of an ongoing investigation into alleged pornographic content. Late Friday night, Kundra addressed the situation through his Instagram stories, confirming his full cooperation with the investigation that has been ongoing for four years. “I’m fully complying with the ongoing investigation that has been unfolding for the last four years,” Kundra stated. He expressed his frustration over the sensational media coverage, particularly regarding claims of ‘associates’, ‘pornographic content’, and ‘money laundering’. He emphasized, “No amount of sensationalism will cloud the truth. In the end, justice will prevail!
”Kundra also urged the media and the public to refrain from dragging his wife, Shilpa Shetty, into the controversy. He stated, “It’s unacceptable to repeatedly drag my wife’s name into unrelated matters. Please respect the boundaries…!!!”In response to the media’s attempts to link Shilpa Shetty to the case, her lawyer, Advocate Prashant Patil, issued a statement clarifying that there were no ED raids involving her. He firmly denied any connection between Shetty and the investigation, asserting, “As per my instructions, there is no Enforcement Directorate raid on Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra as she has nothing to do with any offence of whatsoever nature.” Check his story shared on Instagram as under:
