Shah Rukh Khan Accidentally Reveals Title of Upcoming Film with Suhana Khan

Shah Rukh Khan is currently basking in the glory of his IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), emerging victorious in the recent cricket tournament. In 2023, the superstar delivered back-to-back blockbusters with Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki. Although 2024 didn’t see any theatrical releases from SRK, there was never a month where he didn’t capture headlines for his work. Speculations about Shah Rukh Khan’s next project have been circulating for the past few months, hinting at a collaboration with director Sujoy Ghosh and his daughter, Suhana Khan, in an action-packed drama. The movie has reportedly been titled ‘King’.

Recently, SRK himself unintentionally revealed the name of the film. While congratulating cinematographer Santosh Sivan for winning the prestigious Pierre Angenieux Excel Lens award at the Cannes Film Festival 2024, Shah Rukh Khan appeared in a video. Fans were thrilled to see SRK showering praise and extending his congratulations to Santosh. However, keen-eyed viewers noticed a script on the table next to the superstar, boldly labeled ‘KING’. This has led many to believe that the accidental revelation confirms the title of his upcoming project with Sujoy Ghosh and Suhana Khan.

One of Shah Rukh Khan’s most devoted fan clubs shared on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter), “King Khan himself, making the unofficial announcement for the much-awaited ‘King’ movie. Get ready for another blockbuster.” Delving further into the details of the movie, it was previously reported that Shah Rukh Khan will portray a Don with shades of grey in ‘King’. This film will mark Suhana’s grand entrance into the world of cinema, following her acting debut in the Netflix movie, The Archies. Sujoy Ghosh’s action-packed drama is rumored to have a whopping budget of 200 crores and will be produced by Sidharth Anand.
