Synopsis– The popular digital platform Amazon Prime is back in the news and this time for the other web series – called The Forgotten Army. It is directed by a known B Town filmmaker Kabir Khan, while it is produced by Rajan Kapoor. The show is a five episodes based web series and it is all set to stream on the said digital platform on 24th Jan 2020. The web series is based has Sunny Kaushal and Sharvari in the lead roles, while the others in the star cast include Rohit Choudhary, Karanvir Malhotra, M.K Raina, R. Badree, TJ Bhanu, and Shruti Seth in the leading and supporting roles.
Talking about the story of the web series, it revolves around the life of Lt. Sodhi played by Sunny Kaushal, who happens to be the leader of brave men and women. The group has fought some of the best battle for the Indian Freedom struggle and they remain the part and parcel of the Azad Hind Fauj. Yes, the army is the same group formed by the great freedom fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.
