One of the film releasing last Friday- Second Hand Husband, which marked the début of Tina Ahuja the daughter of Govinda in Bollywood failed to impress over the box office. The film starring Gippy Grewal and Dharmendra along with Tina in the lead roles was able to make only 2 crores in its first weekend, while the weekdays went with the collection of around 20 lakhs or so giving a low total at the end of its first week. On the other side, it faced a tough competition from the Arshad Warsi Starring Film Guddu Rangeela, which brought down the figure over box office.
In fact, the bad fate of the film was sealed for the Gippy Grewal and Tina Ahuja starrer film on Friday itself. As collection on its first day went very much low, which further kept it tough for the movie to recover its cost. As per reports, the first week box office report tolled to around 3 crores, which is really a very low figure for a much hyped film for Tina making her debut in Bollywood. Now, in this week, when you have Bahubali hitting the theatres along with Kangna Ranaut and Sunny Deol‘s film I Love NY, you cannot just expect this film to pick up for obvious reasons.
