Bigg Boss 15: Rakhi Sawant asks Rashami Desai about her divorce from Nandish, the actor cried her heart out later

Rashami Desai’s personal life has always been out in the media. Especially the time when she and her former husband Nandish Sandhu separated. Her breakup with Arhaan Khan on Bigg Boss 13 was always highlighted in many headlines. A recent episode of Bigg Boss 15 showed another weak moment of the actress after her ugly divorce topic came in public.

Rakhi Sawant asked about Rashami’s divorce from Nandish during an intimate chat. Rashami refused to say anything about it, claiming that doing so would jeopardise the life of the other person (Nandish). Rashami was later seen weeping as she sat by the pool in the garden area. Rashami opened out to Umar, confessing that the subject of her marriage and Nandish still pains and scars her.

On the sets of the popular soap series Uttaran, Rashami and Nandish fell in love and married in 2012. However, troubles in their marriage soon arose, leading to their divorce.

According to Rashami, she was not herself during her marriage with Nandish, underlining that she became depressed. “There used to be numbness in me. I was in depression and no one understood or took care of me. There was nobody to acknowledge my issue. My childhood was troubled, but thankfully my professional life was good. My personal life was messy but I realised that I am not answerable to anyone but me,” the actress had said in an interview earlier this year.

Rashami had also expressed her disappointment with how she was treated by some people because of her desire to move on.
