Sivakarthikeyan sci-fi pan-Indian movie ‘Ayalaan’ gets a release date; Watch promo
Just a few days ago actor Sivakarthikeyan had announced the release date of his upcoming ‘long-awaited’ action drama “Maaveeran”. And now the actor has again revealed a release date of his another film, ‘Ayalaan’. The sci-fi comic drama is set to hit theatres on the auspicious occasion of Diwali 2023, on November 12, 2023.

The makers also shared a new poster where Sivakarthikeyan can be seen flying in the air with an Alien. Sharing the poster, makers wrote on their social media handle, “We’ve made contact with extraterrestrial life! And we have a visitor from Outer space Expected time of Arrival: Diwali 2023 Get ready to welcome our lovely and adorable #Ayalaan #AyalaanFromDiwali2023 (sic).”

Ayalaan is written and directed by R. Ravikumar who is known for his critically acclaimed maiden directorial venture, Indru Netru Naalai (2015). Along with Sivakarthikeyan, the film also stars Rakul Preet Singh, Sharad Kelkar, Isha Kelkar, Yogi Babu and Karunakaran in pivotal roles. According to the makers of the film, Phantom FX, the company behind the VFX of numerous Hollywood films, worked on the VFX and CGI of Ayalaan, which features over 4500 VFX and CGI shots, the most in Indian cinema history.
Ayalaan is produced by R.D. Raja of 24AM Studios and will be distributed by KJR Studios Kotapadi J. Rajesh. AR Rahman composed the film’s music, Nirav Shah shot the film, and Ruben edited it.
